It’s free, easy to use… and perfect for small business?

Local Na8ion stands by Wordpress for small business use, something we here at Bizjama.com can certainly get behind. This blog uses Wordpress, as have many other sites that we’ve launched and continue to run.

So why is it perfect for small business in particular?  Local Na8ion suggests a number of reasons (we covered a couple of them in the lead-in), including:

 Access to Wordpress community of contributors numbering over 10,000 to assist with design, programming, training or consulting (size of community drives competitive pricing)

This really is a huge asset, even if you’re only looking for a quick answer to a problem or a plug-in to solve a specific problem.

The only problem we’ve had with Wordpress is the fact that you really have to keep up with updates, lest the latest security glitch catches up with your site. If you don’t mind keeping an eye on your admin dashboard and installing every update that comes along (something that can get to be a bit much if you are running multiple sites), Wordpress is great!
