The Green Energy Business Opportunity Conference will be held this year in the Baltimore Convention Center on May 12 and 13.

Speakers will include:

• Douglas Nazarian, Chairman of the Maryland Public Service Commission [Maryland PSC], will speak from detailed knowledge of the issues surrounding green energy and the small and diversity business opportunities inherent in those policy formulations.
• Malcolm Woolf, Director of the Maryland Energy Administration Mr. Woolf leads the agency’s mission to maximize energy efficiency while promoting economic development, reducing reliance on foreign energy supplies, and improving the environment.
• H. Russell Frisby, a Partner of Fleischman and Harding, LLP, practices with a  focus on regulatory and corporate matters affecting entities in the communications, energy and technology areas. His depth of insight will also draw on his roles leading the Competitive Telecommunications Association (CompTel) and the Maryland PSC.
